A fair and straightforward billing and refund policy for the MODETA Platform


A subscription charge is a payment for the following month of service. If a payment is declined the following steps will be taken ...


  • 1 to 7 days after payment is due: We will automatically attempt to bill your credit card on file.
  • 7 days after payment is due: Once the final attempt has failed your MODETA account will be deactivated. You will still be able to login and update your billing information but you will not be able to make any changes to your projects.
  • 14 days after payment is due: Your projects will be unpublished and deactivated.
  • 28 days after payment is due: Your projects and account will be removed from MODETA.


We will offer a full refund up to seven calendar days from the date you were billed. After seven days but before the next month's billing date we will prorate a refund for the remaining time left.
